入職條件 / 職責概要

n  新近三年之大學畢業生，主修文化管理、藝術行政、人文學科及相關學科為佳；

n  須為香港居住人士及年滿18歲或以上，並有志從事藝術教育或藝術行政的專業發展、對各種形式的戲劇教育具熱誠；

n  具備良好的藝術行政 / 策展能力及 / 或經驗，並對藝團運作模式有一定認識；

n  提供曾合作的藝團或資深藝術工作者推薦信的申請者將獲優先考慮；

Education and Outreach Officer
  Reporting to Education and Outreach Manager and your responsibilities include:

• Co-ordinating and carrying out all logistics and administrative work of creative theatre education programmes with close attention to detail.
• Assisting in the research and development, evaluation and assessment, and advocacy of the programmes by keeping close communication with the programmes’ stakeholders, such as school teachers, students, teaching artists, and funding organizations, etc.
• Assisting the promotion of the company’s mission and education programmes 

Requirement:

• Degree holder or above in art administration/ marketing/ cultural studies or related disciplines 
• At least 1 year of solid experience in programme planning and producing theatre, educational and/or outreach programmes
• Creative, well-organised, independent and strong interest in drama, drama teaching and community work.

Education & Outreach Manager 教育及外展經理

Duties:
1. Serve as the Head of the Department;
2. Represent the Company to work/negotiate with outside parties;
3. Prepare budget, design and conduct DiE/TiE programmes for both schools and community;
4. Undertake research to develop projects suitable for schools and community; and
5. Work with other departments to organise activities in accordance with the educational programmes.
To carry out any other duties assigned by the General Manager and Artistic Director as when required.

Requirements:
Degree holder or above in social work / performing arts / drama education or related disciplines.
Sound knowledge in programmes planning and the production of theatre, educational and/or outreach programmes, with minimum 5 year solid experience.
Well-organised, independent and strong interest in drama, drama teaching and community work.
Good knowledge of computer system would be an advantage.

(Applicants with lesser experience or academic background would also be considered for appointment as Senior Education and Outreach Officer)

[招聘] TEFO: 歷史文化教育外展劇場演員及舞台監督招募

TEFO將會與香港歷史博物館合辦「歷史文化教育外展劇場試驗計劃」，藉著 12 場的學校劇場巡迴演出，提高教師和同學對香港歷史的認識和興趣，並吸引他們到訪香港歷史博物館。

現公開招募演員及舞台監督，詳情如下：
